The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable, and conveniently located next to a JR station. The public bath is big but I don’t think it’s real onsen. The main issue was the accommodation tax, it’s very complicated and it varied day by day and room by room, and the receptionist failed to explain to us the calculation which made us a bit frustrated. It’s not about how much we needed to pay but we should be made clear about the computation. Why couldn’t the hotel prepare a clear calculation and print on the receipt to the customer, or at least prepare a clear standard script to their receptionists?

Very good price One station from kyoto station really convenient

So far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Kyoto, just one station from KYOTO STATION, and it’s very very near to Umekoji Station ,even has a linked bridge. Room is spacious , toilet is spacious, everything is so clean ,loved it , would recommend to all friends when they visit Kyoto ❤️

Very good hotel with good service, modern Japanese design, own public onsen and amazing view point at the roof (we’ve loved a lot). In room there’s everything necessary for our stay, including special clothes in which you can go to the spa zone with onsen. Lots of space - three of us felt comfortable in one room (including man 201cm height) Good location - 5 minutes walking to JR station, 1 minute to seven-eleven. Nearby you can find good local restaurants and bakery. Definitely recommend to stay here!
