The price is affordable, but the location might require a transfer for most destinations, which can be a bit inconvenient. However, it makes up for it with its quiet atmosphere, cleanliness, excellent service, and decent facilities. The shower is also larger than in most hotels.

The environment is great, with all amenities nearby. It's 1.7 kilometers from the Shinkansen and only a few hundred meters from Umekoji Park, which is perfect for kids.

This hotel was great, apart from two short hairs I found on the bed when I first walked in. The location is excellent, really convenient for grabbing a bite to eat, and the subway is super close. The room was tidied daily, and they replenished all the amenities, giving new ones each day. Definitely recommended!

Located on the westernmost side of Kyoto Station, next to the Railway Museum, the location isn't ideal, to be honest. I was hoping for a quieter hotel away from the city center, but to my surprise, it was packed with people – it felt like a United Nations conference! The hotel facilities were fine, and they provided high-quality toiletries. I didn't dare go to the public bath as it was full of all sorts of people. The breakfast had a great variety and tasted excellent. It's convenient for getting to Kyoto Station and Arashiyama.

Absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend. It's super convenient with a convenience store, subway, and bus stop right nearby. Plus, it's only about a 15-minute walk to Kyoto Station where there are big shopping malls. The room is spacious, and having a private onsen is a lifesaver after a long day of exploring Kyoto. The staff at the front desk are also incredibly friendly and helpful! Facilities: Excellent, very complete. Cleanliness: Spotless! They clean daily and replace all disposable items. The bedsheets were also very clean. Environment: Great, with a wonderful view from the window. Service: Beyond amazing!!! I left my phone at the hotel, and the housekeeping staff were incredibly proactive in helping me find it. I'm definitely staying here again next time.

This resort-style hotel is just one train stop from Kyoto. It's super convenient, literally a one-minute walk from the station exit. Plus, there's a park, a railway museum, and the Kyoto Aquarium right next to it. For sightseeing, the bus stop for Kinkaku-ji is a 3-minute walk away, and for Kiyomizu-dera, it's 7 minutes – great location overall! We had two adults and one child, and the room was quite spacious for Japan, with three beds. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and a bathtub. The breakfast was generous, and they even had a large public bath.
