Great for entire condition, a slight walk distance from Kyoto station, however the entire environment is absolutely great.

It’s a 15-20 minute walk from Kyoto station in a pretty dark alley. The place was very clean when we arrived. There nobody at the counter and we checked in late around 8pm. The staff were kind enough to email us the pass code to our rooms and allow us to check in pass the usual operating hours. We were in Kyoto for 4 nights. The location is convenient and it was clean when we checked in however the room wasn’t cleaned on a daily basis, probably only cleaned once before check in. It’s not ok if you’re someone who expects the room to be cleaned everyday or every couple of days, otherwise it’s fine The reception is located around 20-30 min walking distance from the inn(near Kyoto station). we wanted to leave our luggage at the reception for awhile after we check out, so we had to travel down to the reception with our luggage after checking out. We had our luggage transferred from Narita airport to the the inn. We had to email the staff for assistance as the reception is not located at inn. We overall had a good experience but do take note of the cons if your schedule/requirements are not as flexible. Staff replied to my emails very quickly and were very friendly and flexible.

The room is tidy and clean. There is kitchen inside the room and laundry room for public use. Despite the face it takes 10-15 mins walk far from Kyoto station, it is a good hotel with an attractive price. The reception staff are very helpful too.

Modest and clean. Entry by intercom code. The room has everything you need, except for robes. The downside is the window. Or rather, frosted glass instead of a window. It doesn't open. Although there would be nowhere to look anyway. And no time. We only slept in the room. Close to many attractions. And to the train station. Nice streets around. Very convenient to get to Fushimi Inari. Direct train 5 minutes

・ It's beautiful! ・Especially recommended for those who are going to Sanjusangendo Temple! ・I guess you can take a bus to Shijo Kawaramachi. If you like walking, you can also walk. ️

It's pretty good and quiet. Very suitable for a budget trip in Kyoto

The facility was clean and very tidy, but there was no hot water in the bath. Since we were paying for the bath, I felt that they should not neglect to inspect and maintain the facilities. It was a fun trip, but it left me with a slightly disappointing memory.
