Familiar with the Roynet room layout, the room size was decent, and I could open my 28-inch suitcase without it getting in the way. Since it wasn't peak season, the price was very good. It's very close to Kyoto Station and AEON Mall. From Kansai Airport, you just take the bus and walk two blocks. There are many eateries across the street from Kyoto Station, and if you keep walking, you'll reach Higashi Honganji Temple. The hotel lobby had good air conditioning, and the staff were polite and friendly. The linens and towels seemed old due to the hotel being open for a while; the sheets even had worn-out holes, which could definitely be improved.

The room was quite spacious, and the facilities were good. The location is balanced, being a similar walking distance to both Aeon Mall and Kyoto Station. There's also a large outlet electronics store behind the hotel. The surrounding area isn't very lively, but on the flip side, it's quiet at night, which made for a peaceful sleep. The front desk staff were also excellent and easy to communicate with.
