Clean and decent hotel in Kyoto. Amenities were provided at lobby for your self-service. There are also 3 laundry machines for you to use (2hours wash and dry 500 yen) - may be crowded during night time & do prepare your coins! If too many clothes, it may not be dry during the 2 hours so additional 30 mins drying for 100yen. Location can be walked to attraction but may take some time, not wise if have elderly and kids. Buses are around the hotel too but we mostly walked. There is also supermarket within walking distance if you want to buy some snacks or drinks! Would recommend for budget yet clean hotel stay!

During one of the night , Yorita and 木山 were incredibly helpful in assisting us with directions to one of our attractions. Despite the language barrier, they patiently and clearly explained everything to us. Big thumbs up to both of them!

I loved my stay here . The amenities , the service , the location - they have everything you need and you are well connected to Kyoto station. Room size is small but to be expected all around Japan. Loved their comfy Pjs

Clean as usual of Japanese standards. Small and cozy room but nothing much that is notably impressive except for breakfast which is with many varieties and of decent taste. Pillow is awful and remember to request for a Tempur pillow from the reception.

Everything was clean and the service was great (as this hotel chain usually is) and the room is surprisingly very spacious!! would absolutely book again

Locations have some far to walk city . Around 20min . Room is clean . But check out time 11:00 But am late checkout 30 minutes (11:30) penalty JPY 1000 . All is good

Amazing hotel! Comfortable, clean and not very small room. I’ll choose this hotel again if come to Kyoto next time.

Everything was great including location, service, quality of room and the amenities. My only feedback is for the size of the hotel and amount of rooms you need more washing machines, as I tried to use them at 6am, over lunchtime and evenings and not once was one of them free to use (each wash is 2 hours and there are only 3 machines).

A nice, clean hotel that offers all the necessary conveniences. The room size was really comfortable compared to other hotels in Japan. Though the location isn’t really in the city centre we didn’t mind taking 15-20 min walks from the metro stations.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff were very accommodating—both the receptionist and breakfast team were always friendly and helpful. The front desk even helped us arrange luggage delivery to Tokyo, which was a huge help since we weren’t familiar with the process. Breakfast was a daily highlight. It changed every day and was always delicious! The hotel was very clean and provided everything we needed during our stay. As for the location, it’s about a 10-minute walk from the train station and a bit of a distance from the main attractions. But since it’s Kyoto, we already expected a lot of walking—so it wasn’t really an issue for us. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely stay again!
