Ön büro personelinin profesyonellikten uzak tavırları ve odaların durumu (kondisyon ve temizlik) nedeniyle kötü bir tecrübe yaşadık. Odadaki yüz havlusunun üzerinde kan lekesi vardı. Önceki konaklamamızdan faturamızı yollamadıklarını söylediğimizde WP'den mesaj atmamızı istediler. Mesaj attığımızdaysa, "yıl kapandığı için adınıza konaklama bulunamamıştır" cevabı aldık. Büfe çeşitliliği fena değil ancak malzeme kalitesi genelde düşük. Çıkış tarihimiz yanlış işlendiği için son gece anahtarımız çalışmadı. 4kat asansörle ve 1 kat merdivenle çıkıp, uzun bir koridoru geçerek ulaştığımız odamıza giriş yapamayarak ön büroya geri dönmek zorunda kaldık. Anahtarın çalışmadığını söylediğimizde "bazen anahtarlar bozuluyor" cevabı aldık. Ayrı yerlerde muhafaza edilen 2 anahtarın da aynı anda bozulması mümkün değilken, yorgun argın döndüğümüz odamıza girmek için zaman ve gereksiz efor sarf etmişken, kendi hataları olmasına rağmen özür dilemek yerine bahane bulmaları rahatsız ediciydi.

The hotel was very comfortable with nice pools and gardens. There is a ****** attached to the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices were very limited as were the evening buffet meals. So much so that we dined at the excellent nearby Kebab restaurant. There was no evening entertainment and as such very few guests frequented the lovely garden/pool bar in the evening. The Hotel is located in a built up commercial area and a 25 minute walk away from the picturesque harbour.

Check in was a bit too difficult as we were part of a larger company. We had a nice room with a good bed so that we were well rested in the morning, but the bathroom could have been better. Good and versatile breakfast and dinner buffet, and friendly service.
