This hotel is a gem in the midst of a beautiful nowhere. It is quiet, comfortable and accommodating… room is comfy, the staff are very friendly towards the toddler and the dog. Lovely indoor pool. Didn’t use the spa. Buffet was all we needed and the staff were extremely helpful. Excellent value for money.

Estancia de 11 días, a partir del 13 de mayo, a través del Imserso, las instalaciones, comida y balneario muy bien, el personal amable y correcto, cabe destacar el turno de comedor de los chicos, Jabri, Alan y Adrian, muy por encima del resto, amables, serviciales, rápidos y atentos a cualquier necesidad tanto del comedor como del bar. Por el contrario no puedo entender que un balneario que publicite sus aguas tan beneficiosas para el riñón, se tengan que pagar, 2,5€ por botella, así como que disponga de aceite vegetal para el aliño de ensaladas y tostadas, y no de oliva virgen extra, cuando lo ofertan en las instalaciones previo pago de su importe, 6€ botella de 250cc, algo tan común en cualquier establecimiento por muy humilde que sea.

Experiencia muy positiva. Des de el primer momento nos trataron genial. Estuvimos alojados durante 4 dias mi mujer, nuestro hijo de 9 años y nos llevamos tambien a nuestro perro de 8 meses. Todo fueron buenas palabras, buen trato y facilidades. La piscina y la zona de SPA poco transitada y relajante. Con ganas de repetir

Mi valoración no va a ir sobre si merece 4 estrellas o no sino sobre la sensación de desconexión y descanso que buscas en un balneario. En eso Rocallaura cumple con creces, está alejado de todo y unicamente tienes montaña y cantos de pajaros para ambientar tu estancia cosa que se agradece y mucho. Respiras tranquilidad y al Visitar un hotel de este tipo es lo que buscas. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y comodas y el baño también. A las instalaciones se le nota el paso de los años pero no afecta al descanso. Respecto al Spa, habia un jacuzzi que no funcionaba pero el resto pese a hacerse algo pequeño cuando se juntan varias parejas tambien cumple su funcion. Respecto al restaurante, unicamente hemos disfrutado del desayuno buffet que pese a ser algo escaso en variedad, todo estaba rico. En resumen, repeteria para desconectar de nuevo.

Mi opinión está basada en un engaño por parte del Hotel a la hora de presentar el menú de Nochevieja. Lo presentan como una cena de gala, y en realidad es un buffet. Ni en la reserva, ni en la página web, aparecía la palabra buffet.
