toilet did not flush in the morning, more than 5 electricity cuts in a few hours

My safe was broken and I had a bad experience, they took my money and when I got so upset they dropped some of the money at the door of my room and 800.00 was taken from my cash. I asked to see the video to see who’s went to my room , the manager refused to let me see it and gave me 15 minutes to leaven , I was there for 3 nights and I didn’t finish my 10 nights stay, I was treated like a prisoner and I was not allowed to have my refund so I could go to an another hotel . Very painful experience.

We arrived earlier then the check-in time and asked to only leave the luggage, but the staff was so nice and thoughtful they allowed us an early check-in free of charge. In both stays we had we enjoyed a wonderful experience with the staff, the cleanliness, the AMAZING shower, and all the amenities. It's a pleasure to stay in a place where you feel you're in good hands and safe!

This is my third stay. There is good communication with the staff and they listen to requests well. The room is also spacious and comfortable. I like that breakfast is included. It's a bit disappointing that there is no lunch box. They called a call van and made good use of the laundry facilities. I will make a reservation again on my next business trip. I had a good stay while I was there. thank you

#positive #I was happy with the Room size, Natural light in the room, Convenience of transport, Soundproofing, Safety, Room layout; The hotel is very close to the airport. The front desk service is very good. There are not many breakfast varieties, but the basic ones are all there. For people like us who don't eat much, the nutrition and variety are enough. Toast two slices of bread to make a burger, it feels good
