Hôtel et Spa le Chamois by Odalys

We were initially put in a room for people with reduced mobility, which I find unacceptable as these rooms are reserved for people with disabilities or special needs. I asked to change rooms the next day, and we were given another one, but it was very poorly soundproofed; we could hear our neighbors talking and the noise from the restaurant directly below. Instead of staying three nights, we left after two. On the positive side, the hotel has a lovely heated pool, is well located, and offers free parking. We were very disappointed because we had stayed in another aparthotel just before, and it was absolutely perfect; we weren't expecting this. What a shame.

The hotel is conveniently located. The ski lift is within walking distance. The hotel has a wonderful spa. Covered parking is available. The hotel fully deserves a 4-star rating: the room, the breakfast, and the service. Thank you for the excellent service.

The hotel is very pretty, clean, the service is impeccable, the breakfast is excellent, the pool is fantastic, the garage is easily accessible, and the staff are top-notch and friendly. It's better than abroad, nothing to complain about, I want to go back, go without hesitation!

Hotel trés bien, personnel agréable, bien situé au pieds des pistes. Seul petit bémol, l’hôtel n’a pas trouvé de service de transport ni de taxi pour nous emmener à la gare routière à 8 h du matin. Nous avons dû traverser toute la station sous la pluie avec nos bagages et nos skis. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, il serait bien de pouvoir proposer ce genre de services aux clients.

El hotel es muy moderno, cuenta con habitaciones amplias y bien equipadas, el desayuno es variado con productos locales. El spa es fantástico. Como detalle a resaltar el spa solo se puede usar una vez como máximo dos horas. Durante la estancia la primera noche me dieron una habitación justo encima de la Cocina muy ruidosa pero afortunadamente me cambiaron la habitación a la noche siguiente
