The hotel is very comfortable, clean and located near the entrance and exit of the city and near Matograde where there is a wide variety of restaurants to eat or swallow something. The hotel is located in a quiet and noise-free area, very careful and friendly staff, I recommend 100%.

Very attentive and friendly staff in all services. The totally central location next to the English Court and bus station. It's a pity the Sky-Bar is not open at the time of the stay and breakfast outside the buffet ranges from 5 to 9 euros, which seems a bit expensive to me. Better to hire the buffet at the time of check-in, which costs 12 euros.

Big size clean room along with big bathroom and terrace. My husband and I had to work and we needed a reliable wifi ( WiFi was fast and very reliable, never went out). The hotel is located in outskirts, few blocks you can find restaurants, cafes. Take bus #11 in front of Beer factory(located next to the hotel) and takes around the center of city around 15-20 min.

Everything was fine except that in theory it was a room with a view of the city but in reality it was of the interior neighboring buildings and with a grotesque grille on the window that gave a feeling of claustrophobia and confinement. The bathroom is good. Facilities good. A good in general. Good price quality with trip.com discounts 06/10

The hotel is deep in a residential area, close to the big seaside. Next to the hotel is the swimming beach. It is very close to the famous ancient Roman lighthouse scenic spot. It takes about 10 minutes to walk along the road with sea views. If you go to the city, go to the opposite direction, walk about 20 minutes to the central square and food district of the old city. Hotel facilities and bedding are very good. The courtyard is beautifully green and there are plenty of free parking spaces.

I booked this hotel for my friends' business trips. They are very satisfied. The breakfast is rich. The hotel is located by the sea, and it was happy for my friends to exercise in the morning. They said that they would choose this hotel again next time.

It was very easy to move luggage near the train station, and the hotel was very clean and quiet! The staff are friendly and I want to use it again.

Rooms looking neglected contemporary rooms are difficult to maintain to a high standard,no free water in rooms and no tea or coffee in rooms and no bar facility in hotel anymore. We have been coming here for the past 6 years and noticed the change much better when a Sercotel. To many people on reception male receptionists look totally disinterested except for night receptionist who is fantastic.

We arrived late for a one night stay and our allocated room was a sea view room on the first floor. However, we immediately knew that we would be unable to sleep with the busy road directly beneath us. Returning to reception, Iría quickly assigned us a different room and we were delighted to have been put on the top floor, a room with a wonderful view of the bay and a large balcony. Iría was also extremely helpful advising us of free parking areas within the vicinity. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a lovely walk in shower. Breakfast was more than adequate and we really enjoyed our stay here.
