We are a family with two young children and stayed in one of the rooms at this guesthouse. The space included two air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. It was well decorated, clean, and cozy. A refrigerator was also available, and Wi-Fi was free of charge. We were warmly welcomed by Charles, who gave us some helpful advice about visiting the island. The outdoor area is very well maintained. It is worth noting that the guesthouse is not located in the town center, requiring about a 7-minute walk (or a bicycle, which can be rented on-site or from one of the many rental companies nearby). What we enjoyed most about this experience was the breakfast, which was absolutely delicious and offered a wide variety of options (eggs, pancakes, juice, coffee, bread, etc.). As we were leaving very early on the last day, Doris prepared a packed breakfast for us to take along and enjoy on the way (sandwiches, pancakes, and juices). As a negative point, we must mention that on the day of departure it was raining heavily, and no solution was offered to help us stay sheltered on the way to the ferry, especially considering we were traveling with two young children. I even asked Doris if she could lend us some umbrellas, but she refused, stating that they would not be returned afterward. As a result, we arrived at the ferry completely soaked, with our backpacks and luggage all wet. We believe that guest care should extend beyond the stay itself and include the entire experience, reflecting genuine concern for those being hosted.
