beautiful property exterior, close to most interests, fantastic breakfast, very wondeful staff, very clean outside area, wonderful thermal too.
the rooms left a lot to desire for... walls are thin and my neighbors were shouting and fighting until late into the night.
rooms were by themselves a little dated, not enough charging ports and very small room for the price they charge... overall not a wow experience with thw rooms

Best to have a car if you stay here. Otherwise you are eating at the one restaurant or taxiing to to restaurants. Not much walkable nearby.
People seem to love it here so I may be an outlier, but I don't see the joy of a volcanic hot bath in the tropics. I'm looking to cool off, not warm up and the colder pools are quite small.

The gardens here were outstanding. We got a superior room with our own tiny backyard oasis with lawn chairs and our own thermal rock tub! Incredible! Food and staff were amazing! Great pool and thermal pools, rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would go back in a heartbeat. And you can’t beat the view of the Volcano from the lodge

Absolutely loved this resort. Everything is sparkling clean. All staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the pools, hot springs, barrel sauna, hang out lounge and delicious breakfast. Room was comfy and cozy but we didn't spend anytime there except to sleep. They do this thing early morning where they hang bananas and it attracts all these gorgeous birds. The views of the volcano are also Spectacular from the property.

The thermal pool was fabulous, and the breakfast buffet was top notch. All the staff was pleasant and helpful. This was our 3rd time staying at this resort.
