Abbiamo prenotato lo Studio. La camera enorme, letto comodissimo. Illuminata. Con vista sul mare.
Il bagno e le stanze pulite. A disposizione una piccola macchina del caffè con due cialdine.
Per raggiungere l'appartamento ci sono tre rampe di scale, ma ne vale la pena.
Martina che ci ha accolto per il check-in merita 5 stelle, molto gentile e disponibile.
Lo consiglio anche per la posizione, comodo per le passeggiate in centro.

The room was small but clean and nice. Coffee machibe was broken so we couldn’t make any coffee. Also we had only one toilet paper roll in the room (for two nights).

Charming old building, large room with two windows, both with a view. There is no elevator and it is on the third floor, but place makes up for it. Restaurant and cafes are next door.

BLACK MOLD
Disgusting Black Mold all over the bathroom. Has not been cleaned in a very long time, fixtures were falling apart in very poor condition overall, do not risk your health

Our host Jamie was wonderful. He helped us get to La Maddalena when it was a nightmare from Olbia, then continued amazing service by helping connect us to the right people for scooter rentals and boat tours. We are so grateful for everything he’s done, it truly made for a wonderful trip.

If you are looking for a cheap stay this place is clean and well located, but we wouldn’t stay there again because we had to leave our room to access the bathroom through a common hallway. The bathroom was stuffy and there was no ventilation. We couldn’t even keep the door open after a shower because if we did other guests could use it. The staff communicated via WhatsApp and were friendly and quick to reply.

I like that the host was flexible during our stay. He helped us with last minute concerns. And made sure we didn’t come across any problems. Beautiful location! Across my old apartment.
