omg..this is an amazng place for all you parents/ grandparents who lurve to hear the kids giggling screaming and just having fun. the lodges are perfect and fun..BIG TIP go inclusive plus as lots of perks..day trips to a zoo..fridge refilled daily..jousting night..so the pools freezing..get over it..but once in its fine. foam parties that all ages loved food was perfect every day downside is entertainment on a bit too late but we got the drinks in and sat playing cards outside our lodges as rose was bored with waiting but the times we did stay WOW the acts were amazing. weekly parade passed our lodge. from arriving at 10pm to leaving at 8.20am we were made to feel special. try the food trucks as plenty for everyone. YES people will moan but why?? ive had the best family hoiday in years and i wish this had been available when my girls were younger as this ticks all the boxes..sun..pool..snacks..fun..laughter..enjoy. if you dont like to mingle..dont..you can enjoy the holiday still. YES some kids were hypa and being loud but its kids they were having fun WITHOUT their mobiles. have to say all inclusive was awesome proper alcohol not rip offs..ice creams and lollies crisp and doritos for snacks. try it if you want a good ole fashioned family holiday dont if your a moaning minnie who finds fault with everything as lets face it nothing will please you also they had a cosplay event..wow

From our family to all yours , I swore I'd never step foot on a plane and I finally caved this year for our first family holiday we came to magic robin hood on the 1st until the 8th of may 2024 and oh my it was amazing normal family life had been taken over by fun fun fun so much I didn't want to leave.Our children of all ages had something to do constantly they made friends from across the globe (football is a language my partner told our son and he was right), experienced foods and activities we could only dream of. Staff work extremely hard to ensure we have the best experience you cant ask for more .From cleaners to waiters/waitresses ,entertainment , bar staff , reception and more . Inclusive of all ages , disabilities , backgrounds .(They were fantastic when I needed a helping hand) Thankyou is all I can say they've made dreams come true and will be returning as soon as we can !!

This holiday was a lovely holiday for my child (aged 10), however I would compare this to a luxury caravan site. The lodges aren’t the biggest (unless you go premium), the water isn’t hot and lasts for all of 5-10 minutes and that’s genuinely no exaggeration. However, the food and drinks can’t be faulted. The food there’s literally something for everyone, the lengths of time the restaurants are open is great and a lot longer than other hotels. The alcohol is premium drinks (Smirnoff, absolute, Malibu, disarano etc). Hotel staff are friendly and will help you with anything. The resort is brilliant during the day for younger kids, the pool, water slides, climbing frame etc, there’s lots for them to keep occupied. The night time entertainment is pretty poor, the best show of the 7 nights was the Michael Jackson tribute act. The entertainment starts at 22:00, so a lot later than other places. If you go All inclusive plus, you will get the zoo and water park included and this is certainly worth it. The zoo is brilliant as is the water park. However you can do them on separate days but it’s (€20 each way plus €3 euro for a 6 seater). If you go in to Benidorm, taxi is around (€10.)

Very friendly and helpful entertainment Was very good the girls are so helpful we had lots of fun every day playing different games by the pool and the cabins are very nice the beds are good I recommend this for parents that have kids or teenagers

Absolutely shocking never seen nothing like it food it’s terrible looks nothing like photos people arguing shouting swearing and fighting i recommend do not waste your money going here we were only here one night that’s how you know how bad it is

The best vacations of my life It’s not the first time we come here and we enjoyed every time. The entertainment team is the best.

Worst holiday I’ve ever spent money on and it wasn’t cheap don’t waste you money it’s worst than butlins the food is awfull the service is terrible the cabin walls are paper thin and certainly don’t get a hot tub they are green and stink spend you money elsewhere

Every time I write a review for some reason it magically doesn’t get uploaded, so this is the third time I’m going to write one but I will keep it simple so other people can hopefully save themselves some money and go to a decent hotel, this is the WORST holiday I have ever been on it’s like being transported to a council estate in the sun.

This accommodation is a bit like Pontins in the sun. The lodges are made of thin metal like a static caravan so you can hear banging constantly. We went with just the basic all inclusive package in which the food in the main hall was not very nice and wasn't to our taste. To upgrade for some decent food it's 25 for adults and 15 for children but the food isn't that much better to be honest. The pool is ok and the slides. You aren't allowed to eat snacks around the pool from the food truck but you are allowed to eat the free crisps and ice cream from the bar which doesn't make much sense. I found the reception staff very aloof and if you asked them a question they look at you like you are an alien. It is a little bit in the middle of nowhere if you are looking for a walk out. Albir is a 20 minute walk with nice restaurants which we enjoyed when we wanted nice food. A taxi to Benidorm is about 15 euro which isn't cheap but worth it for a day out.
