Hotel to avoid!! We booked this hotel via the booking site. Our flight arrived in Santo Domingo at 12:30 a.m., time to take a taxi we had warned that we would arrive at night, this was confirmed by the hotel before our stay. Once we arrived in front of the hotel, a person opened the door for us after knocking on the door several times. After telling him our identity he finally understood and showed us the reservation in our name on his cell phone but for some reason that we still don't know he wouldn't let us in. We don't understand the language very well but he doesn't want to know anything and closes the door in our faces. No matter how much we insist, he will refuse and we will spend the night outside with our suitcases. This is truly unacceptable! A hotel is supposed to be open 24 hours a day and this one clearly states that this is the case in their details. Count on me to give them very bad publicity and put bad reviews wherever I can. Do not go !

Habitación sucia. No tiene tv por cable. No tiene desayuno. Está en un barrio muy marginal dónde no puedes salir luego de las 18hs. Muy ruidoso. Hay un gallo que te despierta a las 7 AM. Ni siquiera pueden orientarte con taxis de confianza o con excursiones. Ir recomendable.
