The hotel has a fantastic location, within walking distance of the train station and the city center. There's also a bus stop nearby that goes to Lerici beach. A good supermarket is right across from the bus stop. The hotel is clean and has everything you need. It's been recently renovated with comfortable beds. The host was always in touch, providing excellent instructions on how to get to the hotel, including a video, and even gave recommendations for the best places to eat.

Comfortable apartment. The tutorial, sent before arrival, was very detailed and helpful. The owners were helpful and courteous.

第一點 房東人超好，本來8點之前要check in， 我們在比薩過去 和房東説最少9點到 實際9.30才到，他和他兒子一直在路口等我們 然後幫我們搬行李。十分友好 第二點 房間有空調，這點很重要，因為稍不注意你定的房間就沒有空調，房間空間不算大 但是還算整潔 這個價位性價比已經很高了。 第三點 第二天早上 我們沒交停車費 被罰了46歐，房東説把罰單交給他 他幫我們解決。 總之入住體驗非常棒👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Estuvo excelente y la habitación era muy cómoda, las almohadas fabulosas también. Había poca presión de agua únicamente. La ubicación hermosa, muy buena vista desde la ventana y muy cerca de todo caminando. Tiene ascensor pero deben subir medio piso por escalera para acceder al mismo. Nos cobraron una tarifa de estancia, la que cobran en todo Italia pero pensábamos que ya había sido cobrado por TRIP xq el anfitrión no lo especifico en ningún lugar (2.5eur por persona por noche)
