Very positive, pleasant a**osphere. Central hotel, with attentive and friendly service.

Well located, the main street and shops are just 50 meters away. Very good value for money and very friendly staff. The spacious rooms. The cover photo is not the most appropriate, it seems that it is a hotel for couples.

Access through the city is crazy: the Cretan labyrinth is easier. The GPS almost hit me... They don't even have a parking lot agreed with the hotel nearby: they send you to a public one on the opposite side of the maze. Not all rooms have a bathtub...ours...two hundred and a bit euros... And a nice and cute shower. A trampoline bed that is anything but comfortable and the pillows, ufff, a pain. AND TO TOP IT...they ask you to fill out a document with the breakfast you are going to have... Well, I better go to any bar around... The room paid for by my husband...and they tried to charge for my stay. And I don't have breakfast...now it turns out that four-star hotels charge for guests and not for rooms SO I WON'T RETURN... IT'S NOT A FOUR STAR, NO MATTER OF MUCH SPA OR DECORATION... WHICH IS NOT A FOUR STAR, EITHER TO THROW ROCKETS... EVEN THOUGH THE MONKEY WEARS SILK....

We stayed two days. The reception and breakfast staff were very friendly. Aesthetically, the hotel is very beautiful, all the details and decorations surprise you and it is very impressive because it makes you think that it is luxury, but nothing further. We stayed in a room with views of a closed hall, so there was no ventilation to the outside but to the rest of the hotel. Cleanliness was conspicuous by its absence as there were spider webs, lint on the floor, an old air conditioning unit had old dust stuck to it, and the bathroom radiator, which didn't work, had a lot of dust stuck to it. Although all that was the least of it, after spending 10 minutes in the room, since the smell of humidity was tremendous!! X# There were several Frutas Frutas Fruta at the smell of the forest was even more so smell and that touching it broke the paint on the wall due to the humidity. The headboard of the bed, which was made of wood, had a damp stain as it penetrated the wall. If you add humidity to the lack of cleaning and ventilation, that room was anything but suitable to accommodate anyone. My partner did not want to ask for a room change because it was two nights, and because as we noticed the smell at night when we put our suitcases in, we already had a day made up, but if it had been one more day, we would have asked for the change even if it were 11 the night. Leaving there was what I enjoyed the most about the stay since I could barely sleep.

We went to the private spa. It is cozy, being alone the privacy is maximum. It's too hot, the jacuzzi water is too hot. To compensate, they leave you a small bottle of fresh cava that tastes great.

I was in this hotel 2 years ago and the memory I had was very good. On this occasion the room assigned did not meet the characteristics of that time. On this occasion the air conditioning machine generated a lot of noise and I had to disconnect it to be able to sleep (despite the heat). In addition, outside noises came from the street, they should isolate the walls (the room was on the ground floor and you could hear everything that was happening on the street).

Excellent location, very central. Very friendly staff, very spacious and very clean room. Private parking very close. I will repeat.
