Excellent location and close to many eateries, cafes, bars and dive shop. Bustling Street and close to the harbour. Clean and Simple room. The hotel staff was very friendly and provided good customer services and shared with us. I am looking forward to come back again

The hotel has a nice environment and every employee is friendly and has a smile on their face. The room is also clean, the hygiene is very good, the view from the top floor is very good, and the location is convenient, right on the main street. It is convenient for shopping, eating, day trips and renting motorcycles. It is recommended to stay here.

I met the owner of this place, she has sour face toward us as their guess, dont know what’s her problem, WORST experience everr, one and done, mean we will never comeback there!!!

Nice clean room in a good location close to the harbour. Good area upstairs for the rooftop bar area. Friendly and helpful front desk 😊

Conveniently located nearby the port. There’s plenty of food options nearby. I took off a star as the hot water runs out quickly.

Attentive staff. The bell boy, Gekko is very helpful and will certainly brighten up your stay. For a good view, get a room on the third floor, Room 307 right at the corner. There is a nice ice cream shop and massage nevt door.

Highly recommended hotel!
Very clean and well decored rooms, toilet clean, room comfortables. The staff is very helpful and super nice.
The hotel have great location and for price/quality is great.
The only problem is the wi fi, stayed in the room 107 which is the end of the hallway and perhaps the connection is weaker

Only spent 1 night here as I was between boat trips, but honestly, I could have stayed here for longer. The room was clean and spacious with one of the most comfy beds I've slept in since I started travelling 8 months ago.
They staff were brilliant, professional, and accommodating. Check in and out was fast and efficient.
The restaurant on the top floor was fantastic with a nice view of the harbour. I had the port ribs and the were to die for, fell off the bone perfectly cooked.
If you were diving out of Labuan this is located only 3/4min walk from the pier.
