Everything is good but 1. The room is too small. Suite only for a couple & can't extra bed because of the space. 2. One of the room (no. 3), the sliding door can't close properly. The hook almost pull out from frame. 3. Not suitable for elderly except the rooms at level ground that can enter from backlane.

The room is clean and good for a nights rest. The restaurant overlooking the sea was heavenly. Food is good. Location is fantastic with lots of shops nearby. There is also a supermarket opp to stock up before we got on a boat. The only weird thing is the toilet lock is from the outside. No lift only stairs. They assisted us with our luggages.

There are a few mosquitoes in the room when we checked in. Unpleasant smell in the room. Location is great with a lot of eateries along the street.

The location of ECO Tree O'tel is very good because is in the middle of LBJ town centre. I booked for two nights. The room was very clean but very small, our ankle bruised as we keep hitting the bed legs when walking to bathroom & balcony. Functionality issues, the aircon was not cold at all (despite leaving it on the whole day), the windows & balcony sliding door can't close properly, tv remote broken & programme on local TV. I stayed in Rm 17 at level 2, one level below the restaurant. every night till about 1000pm (i think), you will be disturbed by the awful sound stools & chairs being dragged. Wifi to the room very weak, keep disconnecting. The service staffs were very nice, polite and helpful but a lady in civilian (believed to be senior staff, cos the rest were in uniform) wasn't. When making enquiry in her presence during checking-in (in english), the lady heard & replied to the service staff in BI (instead of replying to me), saying something like it's standard to pay for extension & the 3 hours extension is 150K rupiah. The tone & body language was awful (maybe I am sensitive). I felt awful & offended.

Location was great . Not suitable for old folks as need to climb stairs. For muslim friend restaurant do serve pork . And utensils is not separated.. so please be careful and TAKE NOTE as staff will keep insist won’t put any pork in our food .. for the room awful smell from toilet and alot of Mosquito 🦟 . . Other wise its OK for 1 night stay as near to the port .

Great hotel, situated in the centre of the main street. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Clean sheets, comfy beds. Tea/coffee/water facilities in each floor. Breakfast the best we have had whilst travelling for last last month. Even agreed to look after our luggage for 11 days whilst we go to Moni and West Timor. Restaurant on two floors with probably the best view of the bay of Laboan Bajo to watch the sunset. The homemade pizza is a must and they have Happy hour 5 till 7pm. Booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 4 and staying again on our return trip from West Timor The hotel is wood built with amazing features

Good location located on the main street. Rustic type hotel, walls are thin, beds creak a little, so if you are a light sleeper, perhaps not suitable. Otherwise great value for money and love the architectural design.

Central Location on the main ***** with a great view from the restaurant on top. Food was good and rooms were reasonable priced and nice for price. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

Nice hotel with an excellent location. At the top of the cafe there is a great view and a beautiful sunset😍 Thank you for allowing us to leave our things while we sailed around the islands for 3 days and 2 nights. The staff is great. We recommend
