This is really the only resort in Labuan so if you are looking for a relaxing time on the beach I would recommend it. This is more for families or couples looking to relax rather than business people as it is pretty far from the town. Overall, the experience was good with the staff being very laid back. View of the beach was great.

Room clean, big and request for baby crib. Hot cold water for bathroom function well. Refrigrator inside of tv shelf. View was nice. Aircond and fan function well. Jakuzi clean. Available outdoor swimming pool. Free breakfast and breakfast just nice and tasty. Overall 10/10 for all🥰

The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, most with balconies overlooking either the garden or the ocean. While the interiors are a little dated, they are well-maintained and cozy. The staff are friendly, polite, and always ready to help with transport arrangements or local tips.

Great hotel for a peaceful getaway. The pool, beach bar, and restaurant were all excellent. Prices were very reasonable. The staff were attentive and friendly, and rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfasts were included, which was a big plus, and overall, I can only give positive feedback about the food. On the downside, the rooms were a bit dated, though this added a certain charm, and the beach could have been better maintained. Wi-Fi was available throughout the property but was a bit spotty.

The hotel is good, far from Labuan, but you can easily pick up the taxi Maxim or Grab (15-20 MYR). The room was large and clean, with a partial sea view. The beach was not very clean and we were attacked by sandflies. I highly recommend using repellents. Since there are no restaurants near the hotel, guests have lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant only. Breakfast was included in the room rate, but there was no variety of tasty food, there were no omelettes and fried eggs. The pastries were delicious.

Considered a great place to stay with spacious rooms. However, the facilities are slightly dated. The breakfast provided is average and tends to finish very early, even when we arrived before the peak time, with only limited choices available.

Although Palm Beach is no longer a new hotel but the condition is considered good. No molded smell and furniture and fittings are still in good condition.
