Candlewood Suites LAFAYETTE by IHG

This is a nice hotel with excellent customer service.

Hotel was clean. The lady at the front counter who checked me in was exceptionally nice.

Everything was really great!! I loved the cleanliness of everything.

Staff was great. Carpeting in room was coming up in a few places causing trip hazards. Pool was closed. No one knew why.

Room was clean. Sirprised to see appliances. Needed a crib and the hotel provided one from another location. Service and professionalism was excellent.

The bathroom doors top hinge was broken, so the door hung awkwardly and did not close unless lifted into position. The American flag outside is tattered. Please replace it. Everything else was satisfactory

Staff are very kind to assist any request. Good memory during 1 week stay. Location is walking distance to Meijer and there are many restaurants.

We were very impressed with the comfort of the room and loved having the kitchenette with a full refrigerator. Every staff member that we encountered was very accommodating and helpful!

The kitchen was fully stock, the whole place looked good service was good too
