The Art Hotel

This was my 4th staycation at the Art hotel and in every stay, I have gotten a reason to want to rebook again and here is why, I love that this hotel employs staff with kindness and respect attributes because we all know that everyone deserves to be treated equally and with respect. I really do appreciate all the staff members because they are all unique and amazing in their abilities. Thank you Check-in is always a breeze and so is checkout. The front desk receptionists are always very welcoming and helpful and understanding which I find amazing as good business to the hotel. Keep the lights and the sparkles on always. The atmosphere is beautiful and unique and the Art speaks for itself and that’s truly beautiful and what makes this hotel stand out. The location is within reach and the noise level is normal. Just that some guests are highly annoying with their loud noise levels which inconveniences other guests. My room was clean with cozy beds, comfortable amenities with good lighting and my room attendant was kind and friendly and welcoming and warm. The bathroom in my room was clean and inviting. I appreciate the hospitality and positive energy always. The restaurant is lovely and the seatings are comfortable and so are the servers. The drinks are affordable with different variety selections to choose from. The food is okay but it could be better. I just needed more pepper 🌶️ in my food and it was lacking pepper. The gym is lovely with a nice view that show case the pool and the city view. The pool itself is refreshing with a bar on standby. I definitely enjoyed my stayed and I encourage you to book and go check it out for yourself because your experience could be better than mine. Enjoy your stay.

My experience at the Art hotel facility was awesome. The ambience, the food and the workers were all wonderful. I can't wait to go back.

Not Worth It – Disappointing from Day One My stay here was a letdown from the start. Booked online and got rates charged in dollars, only to find walk-in guests paying almost half the price in naira — totally unfair. Reception was cold and unhelpful; I had to change my room keys five times and wasn’t even told about the free breakfast until my last night. The only bright spot was Jackson, who genuinely tried to help. Thanks Rooms were poorly maintained — flickering or dim lights, broken bathroom rail, towels delivered late, and a dodgy lift. The gym is tiny with no mats and bathroom towels for workouts. The hotel looks stylish but the bar, gallery, and restaurant were dead zones even on weekends. For a supposed four-star, there’s no warmth, no personal touch or local authenticity , and definitely no value for money. Much better hotels in Lagos for the same price — won’t be back.

I enjoyed my stay. The team made my birthday solo stay beautiful ❤️. The food was great too.. Ps the coffee needs to be looked into. Other than, I had a fantastic stay.

Very lovely hotel. Beautiful decor. Very nice, clean and spacious rooms. Good location. The staff were also incredibly professional, kind and helpful. After a long day, I checked in late at night and the receptionist offered a cold glass of orange juice with nice conversation. it was such a little gesture that went a long way and I certainly felt welcome. Honesty I found no fault during my short stay. I would definitely stay again

Always yes! Great food. Room was spacious, breakfast had a wonderful selection everyday. Felt safe pool is nice. Very polite will defiantly stay here again!
