The hotel bedroom are not up to 4star standard. The room I was given was very uncomfortable there are holes inside the pillow case, the bedcovers are old and scratchy on your skin, cockroach inside the bedroom, the bathroom needs repair, there food was not good, I couldn’t even eat the fish it’s was black inside, that was my first and last food that I ordered .
flies in the dining room. I complained to the manager. Which she apologised and changed me to another room which was a bit better but not 4star standard. There pool side was ok for the night life. There staffs are good but the hotel needs a good maintenance

Had a checking issue but it was resolved and we enjoyed our stay. The manager was amazing! I wish I remember his name. But he is the older of the 2 I met at the time. He was very informative and looked after me and my husband. Thank you for the breakfast.

I stayed at Parkview Astoria Hotel for eight nights from 28th June to 6th July 2025. The location, facility and atmosphere was okay. The concierge service was good. I particularly enjoyed spending time in the gym and the swimming pool. I would have liked if the hotel was more adventurous with the breakfast options and portions. In short, breakfast at Parkview Astoria was like war time food austere. There are good things to say about Parkview Astoria, like the daily cleaning of the room, the responsiveness of the hotel staff and cleanliness of the environment. What dampened my mood about the Parkview Astoria Hotel is that my watch was missing from my room, and unfortunately it was during checking out to catch a flight. On realising, I phoned the reception and reported what had happened. A member of staff got back to me and said the room will be searched and will get back to me. After a few days of not hearing from the hotel, I sent an email to the hotel, officially reporting the incident. Till now I have not had a response from the hotel. Based on the latter experience, it will be difficult to recommend or in near future want to stay at Parkview Astoria Hotel.

Wasn’t my expectation of treatment when I arrived. The treatment I received for someone who just came back from the United States is really appalling. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone because they changed the rate of prices of me after I booked.

The property has location on its side. It us a safe area with good links.
The hotel has tried to update its rooms to match the modern style. The finishing is poor. Many sockets are not securely attached, lights do not work where they should (e.g not not due to power ourage). Cupboard doors butt against a desk so access to clothes is a struggle
Poor dining experience in very pooly lit ( no natural light) room. Teaspoons of food offerred to guests. Fruit e.g waternelon was 'more water' than melon! The juice dispeser produced 'hot juice'.

Very oppressive dining room which needs updating fast to allow guests to start the day with positive mindset.

I'd like to extend my gratitude to Charles, my exceptional Uber driver, for making my experience truly wonderful. His priority on safety and valuable advice were greatly appreciated. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous, and I appreciated . My hotel room was clean, secure, and comfortable. The food was also delicious! One minor suggestion for improvement would be the lights . Gone off in on. However, overall, my stay was enjoyable, and I look forward to returning soon! Thank you again, Charles, keep up the great work you are wonderful and We thank you y’all for everything, and I love The idea that they have a store right next to the hotel, thank everyone in the store for being so nice to us in We also thank the security guard to , to the entire hotel team for a pleasant experience We Thank you !"

Their services was excellent, friendly and helpful staff. I will recommend them , very quiet environment to relax . The room was clean and food was good. We were treated nicely and had all the necessary assistance needed to enjoy our stay . Great Hotel.

Charles the driver made my stay unforgettable
I recently stayed at Park View Hotel in Ikoyi, Lagos, and I had an amazing experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff greeted me warmly, making me feel right at home. The food was fantastic, offering a great variety of delicious options.
A special highlight of my stay was Charles, the hotel driver. Charles is incredibly respectful, polite, and extremely knowledgeable about Lagos. He made my stay comfortable and safe, sharing his extensive knowledge of the area. Charles was not just a driver but also great company, making every trip around Lagos enjoyable. He took me to explore the best spots and views, and his friendly demeanor made the entire experience unforgettable.
I highly recommend asking for Charles when you stay at the hotel, as he is the perfect guide to help you explore the best of Lagos. I highly recommend this place if you want a chill, safe, and relaxing environment, especially for safety, as it’s located in a private estate where you’ll feel secure and comfortable.
