I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Four Points is a good hotel and location for a business trip, and it met my expectations. Internet stability and connectivity in my room was good enough for basic use and calls, but I was involved in some more intensive work during my trip and found I could not access functions which required more bandwidth as easily as I would have liked. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, although the shower wasn't always hot in the morning. Staff were excellent, and very helpful, although the ATM machine was not reliable and had run out of cash when I needed to pay for a cab. Overall, it's a dependable and pleasant hotel and I'd be happy to stay there again.

Great service, good food excellent environment and secured location. The room was well lit and comfortable.

The room is quite humid, the sanitary conditions are average, and the bathroom occasionally leaks

The rooms are pretty good, quite big and clean. The only thing is that I lost a mobile phone. I don’t know if it was taken away by the sanitation staff.

In Lagos, this hotel is not bad. Great meal!

We had a good time and the staff were very cooperative. Thankful to Aderonke, Favour and Lawal for their professionalism and commitment to support our activity. Loved the arrangement of the Sun meeting room and how our meeting breaks were organized. Really appreciate the experience.

Overall nice hotel with following comments: Gym - well equipped. But need more regular cleaning and wiping of the equipments Room - the room I was in for nearly 4 weeks stay is just too dark at night. Many lights bulbs are out. Got to request for an extra standing lamp. Sauna and steam room - loving it. But should not restrict one tower per guest. Breakfast - should freshly cut the fruits and not pre-cut and refrigerator the night before. The watermelon is no longer juicy the next morning. Suggest to Invest new and extra coffee machine. TV the movies channels are very irritating. 50% of the 14 channels can't stream properly. Was told is due to problem by the movie service provider. If the channel not working properly, then SHUT IT DOWN. Don't leave the jerky and choppy screen irritate the guest. Most of the employees are very accommodating. Following Miss Elizabeth and Mr Ganiyu are worth mentioning. Lastly, Mr Fong here. Not Mr Bangke

Love the ambience and the service is 5 star. Its beautiful

We stayed from 6 to 12 July and had a very enjoyable stay. The highlight was the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always helpful. A special thank you to Kemi, the manager, for ensuring we had a lovely room, and to the breakfast omelette chef, who did a fantastic job each morning. Their hospitality really made a difference. The hotel is comfortable, but the rooms and hallway carpets feel dated and could benefit from some refurbishment. One safety concern: the second floor public toilet near the breakfast room was being mopped while guests were still using it, making the floor very slippery. Although a warning was given, it would be safer to clean the area when it is empty or with better precautions. Overall, we had a pleasant stay with excellent service. Some updates to the rooms and hallways, along with continued attention to guest safety, would make the experience even better.

First the experience was not good as the initial room reserved was not what was given. The time booked for my meal was moved 30mins behind making my event morning a stressful one. However, The Banquet manager Aderonke and her team Lukman/Lukmon was able to resolve it. Good customer service overall.
