Radisson Blu Hotel, Lagos Ikeja

Bad service

The room and experience was not worth the price - too small and just basic. No space on table to place laptop. Tacky workmanship in the bathroom area. Broken towel hook. Water in wash hand basin don’t fully drain. Staff didn’t fulfill promise to call back. Waiters are not readily available in the restaurant. Basic kits like dental kit not available.

Not wrath for the price. unable to provide proper bed arrangements as requested. TV was not working. Food was terrible. Luckily we only spend one night.

wheather was ok with some rain, some of the staff was polite but the receiption when arrived and diring was terrible, front dest did extra/double charge for breakfast. have stayed 4 times at this hotel, the forth will be also the last,

The carpet in the room needed hovering properly and the air con leaked condensation. The shower took a long time to warm up and there was nowhere to hang a wet towel. The steak restaurant service from staff was good, but the same cannot be said of the team in the buffet restaurant.

I really enjoyed my stay at Raddison Blue Ikeja and the restaurant is top notch

My friend booked rooms for a wedding and they delayed her check in by almost two hours. Giving her the wrong room initially. Mind you that is NOT what she paid for. They almost didn’t give her the room she initially booked. But she had to argue and yell before getting it. Why should that have been the case ? They also told her she could take pictures in the lobby for her bridal pictures. They quoted her one price and then the day of increased it by double. The TV was not a smart TV and the remote control had issues. Which is crazy because a hotel I paid way way way less for had a fully functioning smart TV. There are nicer hotels in the immediate area that are equally as nice and you spend way way less money for. The only good thing this place has going for them is the nice lobby area. But if you can over look that. I advise you book somewhere else and save your money.
