Good experience in nishat hotel

Staying at Nishat Hotel in Johar Town, Lahore is consistently a delightful experience. The comfort and warmth of the stay are truly exceptional. I must extend my gratitude to Rashid Ali from the housekeeping team, whose friendliness added an extra touch of hospitality to my visit. I sincerely hope that when you choose to stay at this hotel, you'll also have the pleasure of being attended to by Rashid Ali.

I have often stayed at Nishat Hotel and found this stay to be one of my best. I can safely state that this is the only 5 star hotel in Lahore in terms of cleanliness, food and service. There are two things that separates a 3-4 star establishment from a 5 star establishment and that is how they handle customer issues and Nishat has shown exceptional effort to provide maximum comfort and second is that that service across the board is 5 star and even if you were to lose your previous liaison, another can easily fill in the rank and provide you a satisfied experience. I would like to thank Mr. Rizwan Dar for his help in the matter and all the assistance that he had provided. Assistance was 5/5 Now coming to our stay. Our room was 809 and it was very peaceful. We arrived at the hotel at 10:45ish and it took barely 3 minutes for the check in process. The room was prepared and ready. The reception was very fast and helpful in this regard. The concierge took our luggage immediately and brought us to our room which was very well clean. Check in process 5/5 The help on that floor did exceptional work and would respond immediately to anything that we needed. Whenever we needed tea items, they would immediately bring a bunch of it. When we asked for the kettle to be changed, they immediately brought a new one and that is what truly separates a professional establishment from a less professional one. Speed of problem solving is key to an exceptional stay. 5/5 for the help The room service was quick and the food was delicious. You could tell that it was made with the best ingredients available. In all my stays, room service was never an issue. 5/5 the complimentary breakfast was amazing as always with a wide range of items for you to enjoy both local and continental. You could also opt for a light breakfast which had its own share of variety. The omelette bar was also very good and you could easily get your food on the table, served by the waiters. The bakery items for the breakfast were exquisite. I loved the taste of danish pastries. Truly 5/5 experience and the restaurant host was very nice with the managers being exceptional and professional. You could easily go to them and ask for freshly made puri and even if the buffet has puri filled, they would have some freshly made for you and delivered to your table. It cant get better than that. 5/5 It was a great stay and due to this experience, i am also going to stay this week and i will most certainly share my experience.

Amazing experience. Cooperative staff. Excellent ambiance. Staff so professional. They were always there to help out with any query. The food was fresh, tasted amazing and exceeded our expectations. #1 go-to option for us from now on definitely!
