Dear Management,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Opus Residence. This was the second time I experienced serious issues during check-in, which is very disappointing.
My confirmed check-in time was 3:00 PM; however, I was not given my room until after 4:00 PM. This delay was inconvenient and reflects poor management and lack of professionalism.
Additionally, after I checked in, staff came to my room and pressured me to purchase drinking water. Even more concerning, they did not return my balance money after the payment. This behavior is unacceptable and made my stay very uncomfortable.
As a guest, I expect better service, proper time management, and honest conduct from the staff. I hope management will take this matter seriously and take corrective action to ensure such incidents do not happen again.
