I am extremely disappointed and felt very uncomfortable throughout my stay. Despite repeatedly calling and even going personally to the reception to request towels, none were ever provided. The ceiling was broken, the pillows were dirty, and the overall room conditions were unacceptable. To make matters worse, there was loud music and noise from the next room, separated only by a single wooden door. Shockingly, the neighbor even attempted to open that door. When I called the reception for assistance, no one bothered to answer. On arrival, the manager kept insisting I should book a presidential suite or a room with a swimming pool, despite my repeated requests for something simple and peaceful — as all I wanted was a proper rest before my flight the next day, not unnecessary luxury. The TV wasn’t working, the bathroom soap carrier was rotten, there were women’s hairs on the bed, and countless other issues. Honestly, I have never had such a terrible and disappointing experience in any hotel in my entire life.
