Rose Palace Hotel, Gulberg

Pillows were extremely dirty like literally too much so I had to replace the pillow covers and cover them twice. Bed sheets aren't clean as well. Fan is dirty. Noises of various people and fans make it further worse. The breakfast buffet was just average. Gym is good like really excellent for workout and nice addition. No coffee machine or kettle or any amenities provided.

Very pleasant stay and decent room services. One complaint is there was a stain on blanket which I requested to get replaced and wasn't done. There was a slight musty odour but not too overpowering. Will definitely recommend proper cleaning and steaming of blankets and sheets and pillows. Else everything was good. Food was average and bit on pricier side.

Customer service was first class, staff could not do enough for us. Received efficient and effective customer service. I would strongly recommend this hotel and will definitely use them again in future.

The hotel met very low than our expectation Bed linen was used and dirty had to request a makeover Linen and towels were outdated. Breakfast was below average with flies on food Drinking Water in hotel restaurant smelt vile and of pungant smell. When complaint was made to faisal restaurant manager he had no care attitude and response was' flies come through the door' 'Water does not smell 'when infact hos colleague confirmed that water was smelling. There are many high luxury cleaner hotels for the similar price in the locality. Definitely not returning here as staff have no care attitude. Dont waste your money booking this place. A very unpleasant and terrible experience.

Smelly rooms and corridors. Seepage all around the room. Bedsheets were dirty. Floor was dirty. It felt like staying in a stable for a night rather than a hotel room

Worst stay of my life. Asked for non smoking room but they put me in smoking room with ashtray in it. Woke me up in middle of night at 4 am moving tables on first floor complained to receptionist, replied we are setting up tables for breakfast. Spider 🕷️ was running around on floor. Lots of noise coming from restaurant. Breakfast: left over from last night, stale bread, not covered.

Booked this place for a family visit at the start of March. Was shocked to witness the actual rooms as opposed to what is shown in the photos. The rooms are dark, smell of smoke, not cleaned properly and do not have any windows at all. People smoke in the corridors all the time further aggravating the situation. There is no concept of room service, no on comes to fix the beds, stained towels are provided, and the electric kettle they provided was filthy. No one should book this place.
