Excellent hotel although choice limited in Lahti. Rooms and bathrooms well furnished. Interesting bathroom fittings made from wood chip. Really effective and environmentally friendly. Rooms not serviced every day ( not sure of frequency). Avoid restaurant if hotel busy. Have waited three hours on one occasion (although meal given free) and forty five minutes on another (not free on that occasion). Food mediocre and not cheap

In the parking lot, when you approach the car in front of the shutter on the right side toward the hotel entrance, the shutter automatically opens and you will proceed to the private space by looking at the guide. The fee will be paid by the advance payment machine. There is no procedure when leaving the store. At first, I parked in the underground parking lot of the park in front of the hotel by mistake, but the one here was large and I was able to park easily.
