Facilities: Comprehensive. They have a swimming pool, gym, and family-friendly entertainment programs. Hygiene: During our five-day stay, we mostly cleaned the room ourselves, so I didn't notice much, but everything I saw was pretty clean. Environment: Not far from Disney Springs, and there are shuttle buses to all Disney parks. The front desk will tell you how to book them when you check in. Service: We were mostly at the parks, so we didn't interact much. However, there was one time my child went to the front desk for bottled water and said 'excuse me' twice, but the staff just looked down and ignored them, which was a bit disappointing.

The staff were wonderful, and the room was very clean. I originally planned to share a queen bed with my friend, but we were kindly given a free upgrade. They also provided fresh bottled water every day, which helped us save money when visiting Disney World.

The location is great for Disney World. U can walk only 10 mins to Disney Springs. Free shuttle bus to the parks.

It definitely one of the best location for staying if you are going to the Disney World. It's close to Disney world as they provide shuttle busses to all parks in every hour which is very convenient and suitable for those who have various schedules, and the Disney Spring is also just next to it like 10 mins walk. Hotel was clean, the room was big. Overall, its pretty nice.

The location is good, not far from Spring. The room facilities are pretty standard, and there are no complimentary toiletries, so you need to bring your own. Since it's a Disney-affiliated hotel, the decor has a fun, park-like theme. The service is good and quite welcoming. It's a good value for money if you're visiting the park.

An average hotel, offering decent value for money. However, the hygiene was truly concerning. There was hair on the freshly replaced bath towel, and even hair in my omelette at breakfast.

Good value, clean, good Services for Park visit exept busses were almost everyday more or less late. Very friendly staff, Especial Thanks to Shea and RJ for being kind and making sure our stay would be as nice as possible.

The hygiene and service were excellent, though the front desk staff could use some improvement. Ctrip is still trustworthy, I recommend booking with them.

Very convenient! They have a shuttle bus to all four Disney parks, running once an hour. It's even more convenient than staying inside the park. Breakfast is decent too, simple but filling.

I arrived early in the morning and reached the hotel at around 7:30 a.m. I was planning to store my luggage and go straight to Magic Kingdom, but they actually let me check in early and drop my bags in the room.

This hotel offers free shuttle services to all major Disney parks every day, and remember to book your time online in advance. If you want early park entry, you also need to handle that online beforehand. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a microwave and refrigerator, which is very convenient. Upon check-in, we were also offered a welcome drink, making us feel very welcomed. The hotel has a swimming pool, but due to the strong wind, leaves often fall into the water. However, there’s also a hot water spa nearby, which is great for relaxation. The laundry room is located in the WING Tower and requires token exchange, which is somewhat inconvenient. The breakfast selection is good, and the serving hours are long, but it would be better if there were more options for hot food. Overall, this is a highly cost-effective choice, especially suitable for family trips. If you don’t want to stay at a Disney flagship hotel, this is definitely a great alternative—clean, convenient, and highly recommended!

Room was a good size, large tv, bathroom was nice and had a tub which is always a plus when traveling with kids. We had great water pressure and hot water for our entire stay. Housekeeping was kind of hit or miss, they wouldn’t always replenish the cups, coffee, tea and stuff like that. When we checked in our body wash was empty and that was promptly replaced then the conditioner ran out before we checked out but that never got replaced. Rooms were fairly quiet, there are 3 elevators in the tower so we never had to wait long for an elevator.

There's a bar downstairs, and they offered complimentary beer.
