Staybridge Suites LAKE CHARLES by IHG

Very friendly staff. Nearly a full kitchen (only lacking an oven) including actual dishes in the cabinet and a dishwasher! Free laundry for guests is an unexpected perk, especially if someone is staying for an extended period. Breakfast was a mix of hot/cold fare. Pull-out sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable for an adult but fine for a kid. Beds were good.

Hotel is conveniently located near everything . The staff was really nice. Security presence was known however, as a single traveler I did feel a little unsafe and as though I needed to take extra precautions to remain as such. The room is decent. It’s time update/rechaulk a lot of the room from black mold in the bathroom to just old cracks and crannies.

The key didn’t work for the room or the pool door. It was a huge inconvenience having to be escorted into our room. The water pressure in both bathrooms was horrible and the tv remote didn’t work.

Second time we stay here in the last two years. Super clean, super comfortable and the staff is wonderful! This is our home away from home when we travel to Lake Charles!

Outside activities were very nice . The room was very clean and spacious

Room was not available upon check-in. Multiple broken items in room, including door to the bathroom, one tv that wouldn’t work. The room keys also quit working a few hours after check in. Otherwise, the property itself was great. Seems to be management and maintenance problems.

Very friendly and professional staff! Loved the comfort and cleanliness of this hotel.. will definitely stay again!

Softball Tournamanet overall the place was ok, the location was ideal and it was close to retail and local restaurants. The room was ok with a small kitchenette. It was room dated but again it served our purpose for the weekend.

Great hotel, the staff was very friendly, rooms are amazing & the breakfast was delicious.
