We had a really nice time. Our room was lovely, clean and ready to go. The location was so close to everything. The bed was comfy, the internet solid and the kitchen had everything we needed.

The breakmenu was wonderful, staff was very respectful and the room was perfect

After a long trip, we got in around 1:00 AM. I’m a Hilton member, so I had already checked-in and selected a room on the Hilton app. The receptionist was extremely nice! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We were only there for one night. The next morning, we had a variety of good breakfast options to choose from. I actually saved this hotel as a favorite for future stays in Lake Charles.

For us the bed was more a full than a queen, it was also a very firm bed. The pillows were very soft leading to them to being extremely flat. This led for a long night of sleeplessness. Other than this the hotels staff was amazing and accommodating. The over cleanliness 10/10.

Housekeeping didn’t have towels to replenish. Had to go to front desk and request after day 2. Had to switch rooms. Shower head did not work properly and the heat was not working.

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. However, there were added fees for local taxes and a hotel fee that weren’t included in the nightly rate shown on *******. It’s a nice place, but for what you get, it should definitely be priced a bit lower.

Morning staff were on phones and not very professional

The staff was very professional and courteous. They attended to all my needs.

The stay was great. Outside 1 broken part in the shower in room 326 the stay was amazing.
