Tru by Hilton Lake Charles

Where is my security deposit? There’s no return after I left. Should not have come to this scam hotel

Our stay at Tru by Hilton Lake Charles was such a pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast buffet was good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Great parking space and convenient. It made our anniversary getaway even more comfortable and enjoyable while we soaked in that beautiful bayou view. I definitely recommend this location and don’t always go by negative reviews, pray about it and see for yourself.

Clean, modern room. Easy parking, close to restaurants and a mall. Great view of the bayou in Lake Charles. Breakfast was good, wish they had cheese omelets and sausage. They had good pancakes & bacon. Coffee was delicious, they serve Italian brand.

I loved it. Just as remembered. It was nice hotel with everything we needed and an extra bonus of fishing.

Hotel and room was clean, breakfast was hot hotel staff were very polite and helpful.

Only thing, wish the room had a microwave ,that the only thing, everything else was perfect

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. No closet, microwave, or coffee maker in room. Walls were thin so noise from neighboring rooms kept me awake late into the night.

Room was very clean. Staff great. TV channel selection not geeat. Rooms are small. Still had a nice stay.
