The room I was out in had ants and the bathroom ceiling needed repairing.I was transfered to another room ther was roaches in that room I was transfered to another room which was a little better.This motel needs to be finish with the renovations that they are making before they rent out rooms. I also noticed that they need more cleaning in the rooms where the vent needed cleaning in the bathroom dusting they have spider webs they didn't do the spiderwebs that was on the light above the ceiling. It was late and the owner was trying to make things good cuz we didn't want to have to change and go to another place which everything did work out fine.

This property was horrible. I had 2 rooms and both the floors stayed wet. It also seems to be an extensed stay property. Website says it's fully renovated, they lied. Only positive thing i can say is the staff was friendly

The check in was fine. The clerk was friendly. The room itself was outdated and there were hairs on the bed and all over the bathroom. I didn’t even take a shower in that nasty bathroom. There were a bunch of young ***** hanging out on the balcony right outside my room, making noise and being rowdy. I was worried about my vehicle but I’m glad they didn’t break in. The TV remote did not work AT ALL. Terrible place to stay. Do not stay here!

Our room had water on the floor and the person at the front said the AC has to be set to 70 to not leak water... 70 in South Louisiana is not comfortable by any means. Then we noticed the mold around the baseboard and that's a big no no

Beware Room had a musty, mildew, faint urine smell. Floor and bedding was wet from the humidity. I called front desk and he was kind enough to bring dry bedding and stood there and watched me change both beds. I didn't request another room because I was traveling with a handicapped person and didn't feel like the hassle of moving all the luggage and equipment alone. I have stayed at this hotel before with no problem but this time was horrible. The next morning I explained the problem to house keepers and was given instructions on how to cover the cracks around the door so the room wouldn't "sweat". I be darn if I stay in a hotel where I have to make the beds and cover cracks around doors and windows. I feel like I deserve a 50% refund!
