Super 8 by Wyndham Lake Charles/Sulphur

No Breakfast. Staff were nice. Asked for more pillows got only 1. Maid walked into my room asking if I need cleaning while I was naked after shower, Did not hear her knock.

It's been a few years since I've stayed there. I was pleasantly surprised how much had been done to upgrade the rooms. Mine was very nice, new wood flooring. People still friendly, as ever.

The rooms were NOT safe. The big wall mirror fell on my boyfriend and hit him in the back.....they advertised they had breakfast but only had apple juice and cold coffee. The manager then offered $25 for the mirror falling on him not to mention our sheets were all dirty and when we called the front desk to ask for maybe new sheets and another night they argued with us and then made us get out of our room for inspection then promised a room for 3pm....we go back for the room and the owner isn't available!!!!¡ I do not recommend this place for anyone or any animal....its also got alot of roaches and very dirty linens an bathroom....oh and don't get me started on the floors....and dirty towels in the bathroom when we first checked in. Thank you, KRISTAN AMMONS

Staff was very hospitable. The room was clean and fresh and in the morning we where greeted by everyone. Great stay definitely will go stay with them again.

There's got to be another place to stay in town if you're even thinking about this hotel and the front desk staff help that night on the phone was unacceptable.

Room was pretty good, better then expected. Would stay there again if we needed to. Bed was hard, that was the only down fall for me

Very clean!!! Bathroom, room, beds. The beds are so comfortable!! Great night sleep! Location is close to what we travel for, making it the best bang for our buck! We stay 2-3 times a month and the staff is always friendly and helpful!

We have stayed multiple times here, and always have a clean room, bathroom and beds! Air conditioner works perfectly! Sweet staff is always helpful if needed. It’s close to everything we need.

The air conditioner was excellent. 👍 I used it when need be. I was 5-8 minutes to restaurants. I was 14-15 minutes to Downtown Lake Charles.
