I arrived on Friday night when I was given the keys to my room I walked over to the room and opened the door. The bed was undone bottle of water on the tv stand. I walked over to the reception desk told the reception desk. She gave me another room that room had trash inside people walking around the parking lot all hours of the night. I could hear people talking in the other room. Walls are super thin I would never again stay there.

From the mystery stain on the bed to the mystery stains on the lamp shades, these rooms have definitely seen some things. Someone’s fingernails were left on the bathroom counter. And there was mold on the bedsheet.

The staff is very nice and accommodating. The rooms are very clean. I love the covered patio area to enjoy my morning coffee.

Woman at front desk was a pleasant surprise at nearly 1 a.m. Friday night (we'd traveled 3.5 hours). Didn't realize there wasn't an elevator for my 86yo mom. Fine for the price, though.

Clean, cool, nice beds, friendly staff, and no Fox News on the television in the lobby. I have found my new home in Lake Charles.

Check in was smooth and easy! Very clean room and AC was perfectly cold for us! Friendly staff!
