SpringHill Suites Wisconsin Dells

Beautiful hotel and very convenient location at the Dells. However, a few small details distract from the experience. 1. Room Coffeemaker was missing parts making it unusable. It was the same situation in our friend’s room. 2. The desk is frequently unstaffed making it difficult to call for help.

Overall r good. But because the room we stayed on the ground floor so a bit noisy. Breakfast r good.

Room was not clean at all! Crumbs all over, hair on the bed and fridge, bugs crawling all over. We checked out 20 minutes after checking in. Property said we would get refunded but never did. DO NOT STAY HERE!

It was clean, staff was very friendly, and loved the area. I was disappointed in the breakfast. The eggs were runny, no bacon and they let the bread be out in the open so it was very dry.

Great hotel. They are a green hotel so make sure to pack garbage bags so you can get rid of your trash.

We stayed over 4th of July weekend on the 2nd floor. We had quiet nights. The rooms and bathrooms are big. The shower area needs a deep scrub. Breakfast was simple, but good. The waffle area was always busy. Pool area needs an update. Terry was the front desk person. She is not a people or welcoming person. Seems always cranky so that disrupts the experience. During reservation I opted to be charged at check-in. However, I was charged 3 hours before check-in. So we when to check-in early and she said that there were no rooms available yet. The manager said they had and that he wasn’t sure why Terry said that. Don’t let Terry ruin your vacation. If you stay in this hotel and you see her, tell her I said hi.

Easy quick check in. The whole place had a very clean smell to it. The room was nice and comfy, beds were great. Breakfast was packed full so seemed to be decent. Id stay here again

Room was spacious but I saw a clipped toenail on the side of the bed…. Really disappointed.

Breakfast was great and they had an oatmeal bar. One of their hot items changes each day too. Hotel is quiet and has a good location. Nice size rooms. We had to ask for towels…none were in our room. We also had to ask for soap & a bag for the ice bucket as they also weren’t in our room. We needed someone to fix the tv because it wasn’t working and the fitted sheets kept coming off in the middle of the night.
