Natura Aloha Beach Resort

Had a good stay at the Aloha Beach Resort. Stayed here for my niece 2nd birthday and she enjoyed the pool and the lake!

Rented 5 rooms for family. Everything was perfect except that all 5 room floors were dirty. Walking on the floors turned everyone’s (17 people) feet black. Recommend providing each room with a broom and dustpan to sweep up the sand that gets tracked in. Rooms were clean otherwise. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. 4 pillows per bed. All 5 families said they would definitely stay again.

Staff were business oriented but not friendly. Resort floating lake obstacle course was not as pictured on web site. It was alot less than shown and very old and dirty looking. Pool area was very clean and inviting. Enjoyed the layout of our room. The room could use some minor repairs, blinds need to be replaced. The price was fair. In the future I would opt for a different resort since there are so many other choices in the area. I was given access to drive to use other resort amenities but I already drove hundreds of miles to get there. I was not interested in driving anywhere else.

The room had a very dirty carpet, an outside light that wouldn’t turn off, the hotel was noisy and the staff didn’t care to enforce basic rules. Pool water too cold to swim ( indoor and outdoors). Little children jumping and diving in the hot tub, groups of loud people watching sports in their devices in the hot tub, while drinking beer. Staff would not give me an extra towel for my kiddo and my husband unless we all showed up together. It was the worst hotel experience we have had in years. We tried getting help, but staff didn’t seem to care.

A lot of amenities, fun for kids but no staff on site. Be careful!!!!The hotel has a lot of random outsiders that come in to use the pool. The pool doesn't have a key access. Random people that don't have wrist bands bring alcohol into the pool area. One group (about 10 kids) was young college kids who were rude, loud and were talking about how they are rich kids and can do whatever they want. They took over the hot tub. After a long day of hiking and out sight seeing our group wanted to relax in the hot tub. We also had small toddlers so it was very disturbing.They dont have enough staff that watches over the premises. We and some other guests had to go make a complaint at the front desk. Finally the staff came and asked them to leave. The next day a family came to use the pool during the afternoon and left after they were done swimming.

I liked the access to a few other amenities in the Dells, which was included in our room charge. The rooms carpet could have used a deep cleaning, but other than that, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

WOW… AWESOME PLACE. STAFF WORKERS IN FRONT DESK WHERE VERY NICE HELPFUL AND MADE OUR JOURNEY EASY THERE… FAMILY WAS VERY HAPPY TO STAY THERE.. DEFINITELY A PLACE I WOULD RECOMMEND….

The room that we stayed in was a bit outdated. The beds were really soft, probably not recommendable for someone with back issues. The drain in the bathtub did not drain very well. After a shower it took about a half hour to get all the water out. The inside pool area was extremely chlorinated. Made your eyes burn. The staff we encountered were all very nice. The beach area was very clean. The tickets to the zoo and Land of Natura made the stay well worth the money.

Great place to stay. I really liked the different access to locations and the Zoo nearby. Overall had a good experience staying here. Beach view was nice and staff was helpful with questions and requests.
