It's a pretty good airbnb. The main selling point is that it has a huge garden with many fruit trees and some abandoned vineyards. There is a cat Oscar, a lazy sheep basking in the sun. At night you can see the entire southern hemisphere starry sky and the Milky Way.
The disadvantage is that there is no one to take care of me. I have to do everything by myself. The trip lasts for several days and I met the landlord John and several of his staff on the last morning.

Everything in the room is exactly the same as what we saw on Ctrip. It’s beautiful and great! The hygiene is also very good, much better than expected. The only problem is that the water flow from the bathroom faucet is too small. I asked the housekeeper to come and see it and said that the water flow can only be so large😂. I can take a shower but cannot wash my hair.

The environment and rooms are amazing! It's like living in a private manor, with a heated swimming pool, a huge courtyard lawn, and wild fruits. Great communication from Manata from the initial booking to checking in. A great location just out of town to enjoy the beautiful views but close enough should you want to head into Queenstown. A short drive to local supermarket to make use of the great cooking facilities provided in the apartment. The onsite laundry was very handy as well. Would definitely recommend a stay here. The airport is not to far away as well.

Great location and enough space for 24 of us for a special celebration. Very comfortable beds and plenty of room in each guest bedroom. Didn’t use spa or oool as winter time but imagine it would be fantastic in summertime. Loved the fire in lounge. Thoroughly recommend it.

Cannot rate this place highly enough!!! We had the best stay here for a family reunion, we had grandparents, parents, kids and babies. It suited everyone with the different rooms/apartments and with the pool, sauna and spa to the pool table and reading nook there was something for everyone, cannot wait to go back there! We will be back!

We had the best 9 days here. We were 6-7 families from AU/NZ who came together for a long awaited family wedding of 20 pax. We hired the entire lodge and had our ceremony and reception on site. John the owner was great always checking to see if we needed anything else and accommodating in any way possible. The lawns were great for all of the children to run around and play. The facilities were awesome including a spa and a sauna as well as a pool table/darts, table tennis in the main lodge and bikes. The lodge itself is close to the the river and great for walks or bike rides as well as being a short drive to the supermarket. Would definitely recommend as a quiet getaway for people not wanting to be right in Queenstown or for large groups wanting a place to house everyone
