1) Kettle was jet black to be thrown out and replaced (picture attached) 2) Shower head in one of the bathroom not working properly. Water not coming from all the holes.  3) knife sets were horrible can’t cut anything properly to be thrown out and replaced (picture attached) 4) No rice cooker 5) no table coasters  6) No toaster 7) Oven tray dishes were greesy and not hygienic and can cause food poisoning.  8) Master bedroom wardrobe could not be used as it was locked. Was very congested. 9) Not enough spoons and cutlery  10) For the price $ 1367 AUD  we had to pay for the night doesn’t justify for the service we received and expect some partial refund for the above.

The room was clean and very comfortable! They provided shampoo and other amenities, which was helpful! The location was great, close to Lake Tekapo!
