Comfort Inn & Suites Lakeland North I-4

The hotel was nice and quiet I enjoyed my one day there

Hotel is older but it seems well maintained. Lobby and cafeteria is kept super clean. They moped and cleaned everyday we were there. We stayed 7 nights. Staff was super nice and very friendly. They looked well organized and and had team meetings in the mornings getting ready to start their rounds. I was impressed with their leader. She did a great job.

Be prepared for extremely loud road noise all night. The windows are cheap and thin and block none of the noise from I-4 and Rt98 right outside. Two nights of no sleep. There's better for the money.

I bookeed two nights, 3/3 - 3/4/26 for a surgical appointment in Lakeland. I paid extra for the Personal Protection Plan assuming I would be able to cancel if something came up. My surgery was pushed back a week, and I tried to cancel or reschedule for another time. I went on the ********** site and corresponded with an AI since I couldn't get a hold of a person. "It" said that it was non-refundable and non rebookable. What did I pay for then on the Personal Protection Plan ?? I should get a full refund or two nights free. Neither were not helpful or accommodating. Wouldn’t use Hortels.com or Comfort Inn in the future.

I have been dissatisfied with some comfort inns but this one was a pleasant surprise. Not happy with breakfast but everything else was ok. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was fine, but what made the real difference was the employees. Every single one was polite and friendly. Starting at the front desk at the moment of arrrival to the housekeeping staff that I encountered in the hallways. They all went out of their way to say hello, how are you, how is your day and have a nice day. There was not a single time I walked past the front desk, that I was not greeted with a hello and a smile and if headed out the door a 'have a nice day". I would advice you to make sure you always employ those type of people, it makes all the difference.

This hotel was nasty and not worth $300 for 1 night. There were stains all over the ceiling. The room wasn't very clean and smelled awful!! Like a musty shoe/locker room. We even had to ask the staff for air freshener just so we could sleep. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Beds were clean, bathroom’s toilet seat was a bit dirty and the door to the bathroom was dirty. Breakfast was great, ease of checking in and out as well. Friendly staff and good location.

Shower curtain rod installed improperly- curtain kept falling to the middle. A/c set to constant fan but kept turning off. Eggs for breakfast were terrible, daughter refused to eat them
