Clarion Pointe Lakeland I-4

The hotel was perfectly fine for what I needed. The location was near Applebees and some other amenities and next to the I4. Two mornings they ran out of coffee. The pool was nice.

Check in was great! Room was good but unfortunately no hot water for my shower in the AM turned my experience to not so good so only 4 stars.

The fact that I fully paid online for my stay and they did not tell me to bring a credit card for a deposit. The biggest issue for me is the fact that they do not accommodate a family of 5 without expecting them to book 2 rooms. I won’t returning

The hotel was adequate and my room was very clean which I was really happy with and the bed as well was extremely comfortable. This hotel was dated but it obviously appeared refurbished at some point. Location was great. I was not impressed with the fact of the note placed inside my room giving hotel personnel authorization to enter my room if they desired every 24 hours to check its condition. It kind of made me feel inadequate and that I was not going to take care of their property. I will not be staying here again based on that fact alone. Perhaps that does not bother others but it felt like an invasion of privacy to me.

Large clean room, but needed more seating area. Staff very friendly and breakfast enjoyable.

Clean and spacious. Only problem was the bed wa too tall and I had trouble getting into it

The hotel was very clean, smells great everywhere you go, breakfast was simple but enough. Staff was courteous. Location was close to everything. You can hear the noise from I4 but will not keep you up at night.

Staff was friendly and efficient, room was clean but did have a musky smell like an older hotel would. Breakfast was good for a grab and go that we needed. Bathroom shower had some staining and rusting but overall great for the price

Huge clean room! Comfortable bed and a fantasticly humorous introduction to the hotel from the lady in reception.
