Please note that this hotel's brand is listed as "Best Western Inn" on Ctrip's Chinese website, which can be misleading. I was misled by this Chinese name. The accurate English name is "Western Inn" in white lettering on a red background. Please pay attention to the hotel's English name. This is an independently managed, privately owned budget hotel. The hotel's value for money and facilities are decent. However, the breakfast offered is rather simple, consisting only of juice, hot coffee, water, and two types of desserts/snacks. There are many dining options nearby. Mosa Sandwich, a fast-food restaurant run by Yemenis not far away, is worth trying.

This hotel was the worst we stayed at during this trip, bar none. There was no Wi-Fi signal at all throughout the day. We asked the front desk multiple times, and they kept blaming it on a network company malfunction, which they never resolved. Also, a strange man repeatedly knocked on the door late at night, which made us feel unsafe.

I would not say breakfast included, a cinnamon twist or danish with a coffee or juice is not a breakfast.

Breakfast was a pastry, coffee, and juice. The rates were good so I wasn't expecting much, but cereal and milk would be nice. Otherwise the stay was good, thanks.

The staff at your Lakewood Property has always been professional. I have left things by accident and I always get them returned. I have stayed at other establishments in the area and my experiences were horrible I will continue to stay here when I'm in the Lakewood area.
