Angelina is very welcoming and available for any need. She will do everything she can to make your holiday a great moment.
We had a room on the uper floor (6th) offering great view to the sea and the city. But the downside is that we had to climb the stairs everytime we went out (as there is no elevator), but it's worth it if you're a little bit sporty.
The swimming pool is good but a bit shallow (1.40m) and it can be limited if many guests (say 10) are in at the same time.
Included breakfast is mostly traditional Greek beakfast: sliced cucumber & tomato, olive, ham & cheese, watermelon, orange juice (artificial), greek-style coffee & tea. Considering the price you pay for the room, it's definitely good value for money.

So, this hotel tops my personal anti-rating. The double room does NOT have: - safe - Hairdryer - Outlets, there are two of them for the whole room, one made under the refrigerator, the other under the TV - Cherry on the cake, NO HOT WATER. In a double room you will find: - Dirty sheets - Uncomfortable bed (spring mattress, one name from pillows is something thin like a pancake) - Sanitary unit from the Minoan era, like all furniture, by the way - Wi-Fi intermittently We have a lot there was no light in the morning, and accordingly there was no breakfast, because nothing can be done without light. As a result, we spent the most terrible night in Crete for 50 euros in a hotel that did not have primitive amenities like water and light. I do not recommend repeating our mistakes
