I visited during the blooming season of Jingmai Mountain's cherry blossoms, and it was incredibly crowded. It was impossible to book accommodation without planning way in advance. By the time I finally managed to book, the only thing left was a bed in a two-person dorm room at this guesthouse, so I felt pretty lucky. It was only 98 yuan – who can believe it? The reason it was so cheap is because other guesthouses in Jingmai Mountain charge hundreds, even thousands, for rooms with mountain views. But the guesthouse I booked had a super good location; you could see the sunrise, sunset, sea of clouds, and starry sky. The best part is, all the guests sharing the room were girls, the owner kept everything spotlessly clean and tidy, and the room was quiet. Plus, the landlady was incredibly nice. I asked her if she had a towel I could buy, and she just gave me a disposable one for free. Then, because I hadn't dressed warmly enough for the mountain and was very cold, the landlady even lent me a shawl to wear. She also very enthusiastically told us where to go to photograph the sunrise and watch the stars. In the evening, she even baked delicious sweet potatoes for us and chatted with us. The landlady is truly amazing, I really hope her business thrives!

The location is quite high; you can see the sea of ​​clouds right from the guesthouse, and it's only 100 meters from the Tea Ancestor Tree. For sunset viewing, go to the Octagonal Pagoda; for sunrise viewing, go to the small hill behind the pagoda. The restrooms are often crowded and there's a queue. The owners are very kind; they even treated everyone to barbecue in the evening.
