Nice hotel in a good location to walk to local attractions.

First off, we truly love this hotel!  Beautiful hotel.  Great staff.  Rooms are gorgeous.  My fiancé loves the drawing pads in each room.  But, don’t expect much for breakfast.  Coffee was cold the first morning.  Hard boiled eggs, some kind of quiche, taquitos similar to what you get off of the gas station roller.  It’s cold, but hey do have a microwave standing by.  Orange, apple and pineapple juices available.  A few types of cereal and regular yogurt.  Bagels, English muffins.  As a high end hotel, I expect a better offering for breakfast.  Holiday Inn express, where we have also stayed recently, offered a much nicer offering.  In her defense, the gal in the kitchen has not much room to work with.  She was very sweet and doing the best with what she had to work with.

The room was very clean, everyone was very friendly, the environment was beautiful, the breakfast had a wide variety of breads and delicious egg rolls, and I especially liked the microwave, which allowed me to heat everything up before eating.

We booked the presidential suite, which was a great price and nicely decorated. The room even had a water tap. It was much more cost-effective than booking two separate rooms. The hotel restaurant was good, the guests were all very polite, there was parking, and the breakfast was excellent. The only downside was that the elevator was too slow.

Very satisfied. The service is excellent. The hotel always considers the guests. The service staff is smiling and polite, and responds to any request. Thank you very much. I will stay here again in August next year.

The location of the hotel is very good, and it is very pleasant to take a walk around. There are 100-year-old buildings around, full of history.
