Been here through the week for the past 3 weeks, all staff have been friendly and helpful but I have to give Caitlyn (not sure on spelling) a special mention, her customer service skills should be recognised! Rooms were clean, comfortable and functional

My wife is semi disabled and requires a higher than normal bed in her room. Before Premier Inn renewed their beds they had bed supports available known as 'elephants feet' These are no longer available and each time we visit we query why not. It seems that Premier Inn HQ believe they know better what disabled people need than their disabled customers and have decreed that nothing will ever be provided to raise the beds in the assistance rooms. This is an appalling attitude. We don't need hoists or anything like that, just a means of raising the bed height. You used to do it why not? Do you not want disabled customers?

Our hotel room was very nice mind you we had paid extra for a premier plus room. The bed was comfortable and bathroom well appointed. However, the nearby restaurant left much to be desired. The volume of the background music was far too high and thus irritating. Service was slow and one had to order food and drinks at the bar however crowded. Staffing level was low and the wait ridiculous especially as Premier Inn had collected money in advance as Meal Deal. Additionally, anything in excess of meal deal had to be paid immediately and not at end meal. When you bear in mind how much of the cost has been paid up front and they already have your card details, this is to say the least unfriendly. WE would return to the hotel but eat elsewhere in future.

Very comfortable beds. Fluffy pillows. Rooms are well equipped. Shower worked well. Friendly staff but felt a little disorganised. Breakfast is good. Would be better to have more non cooked options. Disappointed that the bar closed at 10pm. Also not very clean especially public areas.

Very welcoming and helpful, very pleased, exceptional service from Caitlin, nothing was too much trouble and went over and above to accommodate. Room was very clean and tidy on arrival and was great for our requirements, will stay here again.

This was an unscheduled stop en route back to Scotland from Dorset. Very smooth check in. Room 23 was quiet, lovely and clean, just what you'd expect from Premier Inn. All the staff I met were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent - I always prefer the buffet style breakfasts where you can help yourself. Good coffee - most important part! .

This has been one of the best hotels in the area I've stayed in. Me and my partner have no complaints. The receptionist Caitlin was extremely helpful when we asked her where the best places to eat and the best places to go for nightlife were. She also gave us a few places to go for the day which really were fantastic. The service from Caitlin was impeccable. We will definitely stay here again and certainly advise our family to stay here.
