Location is great, closed to the soccer stadium. With 2 big supermarkets nearby. The room is not so clean, and the shampoo/ body wash is empty. But they have a bulk bed and 2 single beds. It’s prefect fit to my family.

1e kerstdag Moeder met 2 kinderen 16 en 19 jaar oud. Bij aankomst werd ons verteld dat het zwembad alleen voor naakt zwemmen is en dat kon ook pas vanaf een bepaalde leeftijd. Hou hier dus rekening mee om teleurstelling te voorkomen want wordt niet expliciet op de boeking site vermeld.
De familie kamer was vreselijk vies😵 heb daar foto's van genomen laten zien en gevraagd naar een andere kamer om een lang verhaal kort te maken...1e antwoord kon dit niet geen kamers meer vrij
Met de vraag om ons door te sturen naar een andere fletcher hotel omdat dit echt zo kan gebeurde er een wonder...
Opeens waren er niet 1 maar 2 tweepersoons kamers vrij🤔 ontbijt was prima alleen opletten bij de glazen en kopjes daar zaten er ook een paar tussen die niet echt schoon waren.

Es war für mich nicht liebevoll gemacht. Ohne eine Flasche Wasser oder ein goddie.... eine Delux Zimmer stell ich mir anders vor... auch war das Frühstück sehr übersichtlich... ich würde es nicht mehr buchen...

Generally I enjoy staying at this hotel. However, it bugs me they use disposable shower gels, cups etc. The hotel looks pretty new and I a quite, comfortable place to stay. It’s part of the football ground, so idea if you’re going to a game. Standard breakfast buffet type arrangement. Oh, it also has a mega climbing wall!
Be nice if they vacuumed the rooms too. Not overly dirty, just in need of more care when cleaning

Its a nice hotel for us, friendly staff,good breakfast , its in a good location to get into germany and Belgiumand other tourist areas the town center in sittard has shops and plenty of restaurants

It was decent, but dor sure not 4*. The toilet does not have a full door, so when somebody goes, the whole room stinks.

The rooms dont have heating. The outside temperature was -2 degrees, so we could not spend the night there. We had to get another hotel. We did not stay there. Can you please refund me the night that I pay?

Was in the area for a wedding, and the hotel we originally booked closed down, so we last min had to change to this hotel. They accommodated us perfectly. our room had a great view. The shower and toilet were set up like locker room stalls which i guess is the purpose of this hotel, and not for wedding type guests. The service at the restaurant and bar were amazing! very friendly and helpful.
