Our stay was exceptional, we got a free room upgrade, the room was fairly clean, it is one of the best hotels for the price. The only gripe i had was the valet service, this is not the first stay for me in this hotel, the valet service was slower than usual as a matter of fact on the third day i waited half a hour for my car, every time a new car turns up they asked me wither it was my car or not so i told them my plate number and it still took a while till my car showed up, i kept asking what was the issue and they always replied that the car is coming.

I had an amazing one night stay at the QE2 - as a Brit now living in Austrália the QE2 has a special place in my heart - never as a Cunard ship could I have afforded travelling to New York - now I could and the ship is sparkling - the renovation is fantastic throwing you back to the heyday of her life - the service was fantastic the food and drink authentic and worth the stay! My wife says I better come back with her

Stayed at JA beach Hotel for our wedding anniversary Aug 23rd. We enjoyed the stay alot.. It was a great experience and location is awesome.From the entrance of the hotel onwards we received a nice hospitality by Nilantha and Jianna from reception makes our checkin very fast.Once reached room got a surprise anniversary cake and nice decorated bed. Room was very nice and comfortable. Enjoyed pool bar and Basil was good in service.. Ghulam and mark antony was also very helpful with us. All the staff are very friendly. Night we orderd in room dining food and it was very tasty. My daughter liked the pool and enjoyed alot there.. Special mention to all engineering team and housekeeping team to keep the place beautiful as always.. Few areas noticed to improve is bathroom amenities bottles are very difficult to use. It is very hard and couldn't get the shower gel/shampoo etc properly. Also breakfast buffet there was no indian options only one item Rajma curry was disgusting.. I checked with chefs is there any other options but they told only this item available and they are not even botherd to offer with any suggestions which makes us feel bad.. Totaly it was an excellent stay and enjoyed the wonderful ambience with my family on our wedding anniversary.

We visit Dubai every year Been to the Trade Center several times The location is perfect on the metro with great views of the Emirates towers and the museum Nice pool with jacuzzi and fitness center You have everything you need Apartment is large with a balcony and a great view of Sheikh Zaheed Road Only there is the noise of the 2 x 6 lane road The apartment has a kitchen with everything you need The path is a bit far to the pool from Block A to C The reception is very friendly and tries to fulfill your wishes We'd love to come back

Peaceful and quiet Apartment. Best place for a relaxing holiday. The entire team and all staff members are the friendliest and most helpful hotel employees we ever met. They read every wish of your eyes and fulfill all your desires.

Hotel is located on the main road, very convenient to go to Dubai mall.. There are several coffee shops, restaurants and exchangr office nearby.

Hello ☀️ we booked these apartments at Trip.com, as the price was much more favorable than other resources; we had a 2-bedroom apartment. We liked everything. Bright rooms. Very spacious. There is a construction site nearby, but you can’t hear it because the windows are thick.

Environment: convenient transportation, well connected Facilities: home appliances, TV, refrigerator, washing machine, kitchen and dining supplies are complete, clean and hygienic, complete supplies Hygiene: clean and tidy, cleaning is timely Service: good attitude.

The hotel service is extremely great. They made me feel like royalty. They always ask how I’m doing. Room service organized all my belongings. They went far and beyond to give me an amazing experience. The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Thank you so much Kamal, and Hassan.

Mr issam is the best manager. He is so professional in preparing what you expect in a minute. Im so happy with the services they give me. Mr menshawi is so helpful as well and mr ahsan is the good receptionist as i know. Totally im happy with cleaning and housekeeping and safty also. Mr issam make me feel safe as its my home and still im having stay here and im enjoying the services so professionally they offering. I recommend here to anyone who is like safty and kindness and cleanliness.
