FFlorence LyeStaff were amazingly friendly and helpful. I had arrived earlier than expected and I was able to check in right away. The King room had a great view of downtown Edmonton. I enjoyed the business lounge access with evening aperitifs, the view of the city from the lounge and it was amazing to watch the sunset in the evening. Having breakfast included in my room rates was a great addition to the booking as it was convenient for me. You can also watch the sunrise if you get to the lounge early enough to get a seat by the window while having your breakfast there.

Breakfast included and varied ( hot meal) with a very sympathetic and especially very careful staff! Parking easy, almost everything. Indeed, difficult to have better at this price!

GGuest UserThere is a fridge and a microwave in the room which are ready. I like that a continental (cold) breakfast is included with the price of the room. Unfortunately the pool and the hot tub are closed. For the price of the hotel room, I would say we received great value. People at the reception were friendly and helpful. It is not close to downtown but they offer free self parking.

RRossChristineI have stayed at this hotel twice now while visiting my Mom and it has been very clean, the staff are super nice and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was simple, not the best but it was fine. It had toast, waffles, cereal, hard bed eggs, fresh fruit, coffee, juice and a couple of hot items that I did not eat. I like the fact that I can go for a swim in their pool which was very clean or walk over to Denny's for a bite to eat and get 15% off.

嘟嘟小肥The location of the hotel is very convenient, there is a big supermarket superstore, McDonald's with a playground next to it, Chongqing hot pot in two or three minutes' drive, and Prince Edward Cantonese restaurant on the other side of the road. Drive to the south park center for shopping, Tatung Wah is there, as well as Cantonese flavor, 825 Hong Kong tea restaurant and so on. Easy parking, breakfast, swimming pool. However, the hotel facilities are relatively old, the front desk is relatively simple, and the quality of breakfast is average: oatmeal, waffles, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausages, bread, cakes, yogurt, circles, hot drinks, juice But at the end, there was not even hot water. There is no thermos in the room and the restaurant does not provide 24-hour hot drinks. Since you are carrying a child and need hot water, you can only use a coffee machine to boil hot water, or use a microwave to heat the water. No coin laundry. The swimming pool is small. There was a strange noise in the elevator, which vibrated several times each time. There is a car market nearby, and infrastructure is still under construction, but no noise is heard. Affordable but not very comfortable.

JJun-jun0424You get what you paid for. If you are looking for a very affordable place to stay and your only concern is your budget then this is your go to place in Edmonton area. Location wise, it is in an odd place and there aren't shops close to this location so you'll have to go out and drive if you need to buy something. With regards to service, they went above and beyond my requests and are super friendly and welcoming. I requested for a portable heater because they have no way to adjust the heat temp in each room (it's centralized) and they offered me this option for free. Their TVs are smart TV and I'm super amazed because you don't get this in bigger 3 star hotels where you pay almost double the price of what you pay here! You will just have to request in the front desk for the TV's remote control if you want to use the smart tv features like logging in on your streaming apps or casting/mirroring videos from your phone or tablets to the TV's screen..
